<br />SWC:n <br /> <br />20/29/87 nt (#20) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ Q. 1 0669 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />NOV 2 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY BY ADOPTING THE AMENDED CENTRE AREA <br />REVITALIZATION PLAN AS PART OF THE GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a proposal <br /> <br />to amend the General Plan by adopting the amended Centre Area <br /> <br />Revitalization Plan as part of the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said proposed amendment has been duly reviewed by <br /> <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City, and <br /> <br />forwarded by <br /> <br />said Commission to <br /> <br />this Council with the <br /> <br />recommendation that the proposed amendment be adopted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, after public hearing duly noticed and <br /> <br />held, desires to amend the General Plan in the manner proposed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain proposed amendment to the General Plan of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, being the adoption of the amended <br /> <br />Centre Area Revitalization Plan as part of the General Plan, is <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The original Centre Area Revitalization Plan is <br /> <br />attached hereto as "Exhibit A", and the four maps amending the <br /> <br />Centre Area Revitalization Plan are attached, collectively, as <br /> <br />"Exhibit B".
