<br />DA .1t <br />DAS:nt <br /> <br />10/08/87 (#20) <br />10/12/87R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10665 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />OCT 1 9 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR AUCTION SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council proposes to proceed with a public <br /> <br />auction for the sale of certain City-owned personal property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for expert personal services for conducting <br /> <br />said auction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Auction <br /> <br />Services" (form dated 10/12/87), by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Van Cleves Auction Services, Napa, California, a <br /> <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10665 <br />
