11/23/98 <br /> _ORIGINAL ._ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13518 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE <br /> CENTER PERIMETER FENCE REPLACEMENT PROJECT; <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID <br /> WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF BID SECURITY <br /> DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13472 adopted October 12, 1998, <br />the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Municipal Service Center Perimeter <br />Fence Replacement Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, two bids were received for <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anchor Fence Company, Inc. of South San Francisco, <br />California is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this <br /> <br />Council to accept the bid of said Anchor Fence Company, Inc.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
