11/23/98 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13515 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING CALIFORNIA <br /> STATE OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT TO PURCHASE AN <br /> OCTEL OVERTURE 250 VOICE MAIL SYSTEM AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code Section 2.80 and <br />Public Contracts Code Section 10324, this Council does hereby authorize and <br />request the Office of Procurement of the State of California to purchase under <br />Contract No. 3-94-58-0006, on behalf of the City of Redwood City, certain <br />materials, supplies and equipment, to wit: Octel Overture 250 Voice Mail System <br />conforming to specifications of the Finance Department, IT Division of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2.
