11/23/98 <br /> ORIGINAL - <br /> <br /> RFSOLUTION NO. 13514 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF BAIR ISLAND <br /> MARINA SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CAUFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br /> CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO <br /> DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including dedications of easements described <br /> <br />therein) entitled, "Bair island Marina Subdivision", prepared by Wilsey Ham, Civil Engineers, <br />consultants for Irvine Apartment Communities, L.P., a Delaware Limited Partnership, the owner <br />of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Manager, Engineering and <br />Construction, as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for <br /> recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said <br /> subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Bair Island <br /> Marina Subdivision", (form dated 09/21/98R) wherein Owner, in consideration for the <br /> approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions <br /> of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br /> <br /> -l- <br />Reso-504 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/Shared/Redwoo~CounciI <br />09/15/98 <br />09/21/98R <br /> <br /> <br />
