<br />DAS: n, <br /> <br />8/21/87 (#20) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 24 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10615 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING REVIEW/PLAN CHECKING SERVICES <br />FOR THE SANDPIPER LAGOON UNIT NO. 1 SUBDIVISION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert consulting <br /> <br />engineering plan checking services for the Sandpiper Lagoon Unit <br /> <br />No. 1 Subdivision Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />KCA <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified to furnish such expert <br /> <br />review/plan checking services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by KCA <br /> <br />Engineers, Inc., and this Council desires to approve and <br /> <br />authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Engineering Review/Plan <br /> <br />Checking Services Sandpiper Lagoon Unit No. <br /> <br />1 Subdivision <br /> <br />Project" (form dated 8/21/87) by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and KCA <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />providing for the <br /> <br />furnishing of expert <br /> <br />review /plan checking engineering services with respect to the <br /> <br />Sandpiper Lagoon Unit No. 1 Subdivision Project, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10615 <br />
