<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.10613 <br /> <br />DAS:nt 8/20/87 (#20) <br />AUG ~ 4 1'd8J <br /> <br />ORIGiNAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL <br />MAP 87-7 (648 & 654 BARBOUR DRIVE) SUBDIVISION, <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br />CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />AN OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Parcel Map 87-7 (648 & 654 <br /> <br />Barbour Drive) Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared <br /> <br />by Lea Engineering, consultant for John Woodside and Joni <br /> <br />Woodside, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br /> <br />map for said subdivision, is approved, subject to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Parcel Map 87-7 (648 & 645 Barbour Drive) <br />Subdivision" wherein Owners, in consideration of the <br />approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and <br />complete in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />improvements required of Owners under the provisions of <br />Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being <br />the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owners shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said Owners of all work and <br /> <br />10613 <br />
