ORIGINAL_ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13510 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR FIRE STATION NO. 9 <br /> CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEM; AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were solicited for <br />Fire Station No. 9 Cathodic Protection System Project in the City of Redwood <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation two bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS, Corrpro Companies, Inc. of Hayward, California, was the <br />lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />accept the bid of Corrpro Companies, Inc.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Corrpro Companies, Inc., in the total amount of Fifteen <br /> <br /> Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-five and No/100 Dollars ($15,485.00), computed <br /> in accordance with said bidder's proposal dated November 6, 1998, is hereby <br /> accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br /> responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br /> 2.
