<br />DAS:SD 5/16/87 (#19) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I0558 <br /> <br />JUL 2 0 1987 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO RELATING TO <br />PROCESSING OF PARKING CITATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement whereby the County of San Mateo will process and <br /> <br />collect fines for parking citations issued by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent of this Council to approve and <br /> <br />authorize execution of said agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That agreement, entitled "Agreement Between the County of <br /> <br />San Mateo and the City of Redwood City" relating to the <br /> <br />processlng of parking citations, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10558 <br />
