0 R I G I N A L 11/2/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13508 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br /> AND REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN <br /> CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (THE CELEBRATION OF THE ARTS) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Joann Erlin of the Redwood City <br />Art Gallery for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection with the <br />"Celebration of the Arts" to be held on November 20m and 21st, 1998, in the form <br />of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein <br />is hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way described therein is <br />hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police <br />is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br />Reso-534 1 <br />F :lSharedlRedwoodlCouncil <br />DES:djk <br />10/22/98 <br />04/27/98R <br /> <br /> <br />
