<br />SWC:SD 7/17/87 <br /> <br />(#20) <br />1~",','Q7 <br />Jl'L i~ L _:.J <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0557 <br /> <br />.cOF. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT (FRIEND <br />INDUSTRIAL TRACT) IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND <br />HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 10543, adopted June 22, 1987, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described public service <br /> <br />easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described public <br /> <br />service easement has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described public service easement is unnecessary for <br /> <br />present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said <br /> <br />easement vacated. <br /> <br />2. The public service easement vacated is described on <br /> <br />Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" , <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />reference. <br /> <br />3.
