<br />DES:d":1. 7/2/87 (#20) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0553 <br /> <br />,JUL 6 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT (LICENSOR: REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency has approved <br /> <br />an agreement for the acquisition of certain real property located <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City designated by San Mateo County <br /> <br />Assessor's Parcel No. 053-137-010; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a portion of said <br /> <br />real property for the construction of certain public improvements <br /> <br />including a Main Library, related storm water drainage facilities <br /> <br />and landscaping; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a License <br /> <br />Agreement providing for such use by the City of said portion of <br /> <br />the above-mentioned property contingent upon vesting of fee title <br /> <br />in said Redevelopment Agency to said real property within which <br /> <br />said portion is contained; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain License Agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and the Redwood Ci ty Redevelopment Agency, <br /> <br />substantially in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto <br /> <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, providing for the use <br /> <br />by said City of the property therein described, subject to the <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />1 0553 <br />
