11/2/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13506 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE EMERGENCY ELECTRICAL REPAIRS SERVICE; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Emergency Electrical Repairs <br />Service, Redwood City, California, have been 3resented to, and reviewed by, <br />this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents for the <br />Emergency Electrical Repairs Service - City of Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development Services/Engineering <br />and Construction for the Department of Public Works Services, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the Public Works Services Director, are <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
