0 R I G I N A L 10/26/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13502 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBITS A AND B <br /> OF RESOLUTION NO. 13298 ESTABLISHING A SALARY PLAN <br /> FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS (SEIU UNIT), TO <br /> ADD THE POSITION OF, AND SALARY FOR RECREATION <br /> AND COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM COORDINATOR 1/11 <br /> AND DELETE THE POSITION OF RECREATION PROGRAM <br /> COORDINATOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 13298 entitled, "Resolution <br />Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifications (SEIU <br />Unit)", adopted March 23, 1998, is hereby amended by adding to the list of <br />employee positions therein contained the position of Recreation and Community <br />Services Program Coordinator 1/11 and delete the position of Recreation Program <br />Coordinator. <br /> <br /> 2. Exhibits A and B to the aforesaid Resolution No. 13298 are hereby <br />amended by adding thereto the salary schedule for the position of Recreation <br />and Community Services Program Coordinator 1/11 as set forth in Exhibits "A-I", <br />and "B-I", attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein and delete <br />therefrom the position of Recreation Program Coordinator. <br /> <br /> 3.
