0 R I G I N A L 10/12/98 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13492 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> ROOSEVELT AVENUE/VALOTA ROAD STORM DRAIN <br /> IMPROVEMENTS; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Roosevelt AvenueNalota Road <br /> <br />Storm Drain Improvements, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, <br /> <br />and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />Roosevelt Avenue/Valota Road Storm Drain Improvements - City of Redwood <br />City, California", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br />Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
