<br />SWC:sP 6/30/87 (#20) <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />-(.0550 <br /> <br />JUL b <br /> <br />lfjS 7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING REVIEW/PLAN CHECKING SERVICES <br />- SEAPORT CENTRE NO. 4 SUBDIVISION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert consulting <br /> <br />engineering plan checking services for the Seaport Centre - Unit <br /> <br />No. 4 Subdivision Project: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />KCA <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified to furnish such expert <br /> <br />review/plan checking services: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />KCA Engineers, Inc., and this Council desires to approve and <br /> <br />authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Engineering Review/Plan <br /> <br />Checking Services <br /> <br />Seaport Centre <br /> <br />Unit No. 4 Subdivision <br /> <br />Project" (form dated 6/30/87) by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br /> <br />KCA Engineers, Inc., providing for the furnishing of expert <br /> <br />review/plan checking engineering services with respect to the <br /> <br />Seaport Centre - Unit No. 4 Subdivision Project, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />.1 0550 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
