Cox Tree and Landscape Service, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the <br /> <br />intention and desire of this Council to award said bid to J. Cox <br /> <br />Tree and Landscape Service: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of J. Cox Tree and Landscape Service in the sum <br /> <br />of Sixty and No/100 Dollars ($60.00) per hour for a total not to <br /> <br />exceed One Hundred Twenty-one Thousand Nine Hundred and No/100 <br /> <br />Dollars ($121,900.00), computed in accordance with bidder's <br /> <br />proposal for street tree maintenance services 1987-88, is hereby <br /> <br />found and declared to be the lowest bidder for said work. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement Street Tree Maintenance <br /> <br />Services" by and between the City of Redwood City and J. Cox Tree <br /> <br />and Landscape Service for the performance of said work in <br /> <br />accordance with the abovementioned bid proposal a copy of which <br /> <br />1 0548 <br />
