<br />DAS:sh <br />DAS: sl <br /> <br />~~~~~~~R ~:i~~ ORIGINl\L <br />JUN 8 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10530 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />SANDPIPER SUBDIVISION NO. 2 OF AREA "E" SUBDIVISION, <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br />CONDITIONS: APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS 'FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF: APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION: AND ACCEPTING <br />AN OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Sandpiper Subdivision No. 2 of <br /> <br />Area "E" subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br /> <br />Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates, consultant for Redwood Shores, <br /> <br />Inc., owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined <br /> <br />by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "OWners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Sandpiper Subdivision No. 2 of Area "E" <br />Subdivision" wherein Owners, in consideration of the <br />approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and <br />complete in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />improvements required of OWners under the provisions of <br />Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being <br />the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the OWners shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said Owners of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement, within the time therein specified, the <br />amount of said security to be Two Million Seven Hundred <br />Sixty-five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($2,765,000): and <br /> <br />10530 <br />
