<br />SWC:sh <br /> <br />6/5/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0;:)2 9 <br /> <br />JUN 8 <br /> <br />1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $25,000.00 FROM <br />RESOURCES HELD IN RESERVE, POLICY DEVELOPMENT & <br />IMPLEMENTATION, OPERATING PROGRAMS TO HUMAN SERVICES <br />ASSISTANCE, HUMAN SERVICES, OPERATING PROGRAMS FOR <br />EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE TO RESIDENTS OF CASA DE REDWOOD: <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT WITH <br />COUNTY OF SAN MATEO FOR GRANT OF SAID FUNDS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The sum of Twenty Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($25,000.00) is hereby transferred from the appropriation for <br /> <br />Resources Held in Reserve, Policy Development & Implementation, <br /> <br />Operating Programs to the appropriation for Human Services <br /> <br />Assistance, Human Services, Operating Programs for Emergency <br /> <br />Assistance to Residents of Casa de Redwood. <br /> <br />2. The Aforementioned sum shall be for expenditure during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1986 - June 30, 1987, and shall be in <br /> <br />addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1986 - June 30, 1987. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an <br /> <br />agreement with the County of San Mateo, in a form satisfactory to <br /> <br />the City Attorney, for grant and disbursement of said funds in <br /> <br />accordance with the provisions of Minute Order No. 87-92, adopted <br /> <br />May 19, 1987. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 0529 <br />
