0 R I G I N A L 10/12/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13476 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR THE RUBBERIZED RAILROAD <br /> CROSSINGS PROJECT IN THE CITIES OF BURLINGAME AND <br /> SAN MATEO <br /> <br /> (PENINSULA CORRIDOR JOINT POWERS BOARD) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board - <br />Service Agreement," by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers <br />Board, a public agency of the State California, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-523 <br />F\Shared/Redwood/Council <br />FXS:djk <br /> 10/06/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
