0 R I G I N A L 10/12/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13475 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR SHARING COSTS OF STATE HIGHWAY <br /> ELECTRICAL FACILITIES RELATING TO TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br /> MAINTENANCE IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> (STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Sharing Costs of State <br />Highway Electrical Facilities with the City of Redwood City," by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and the <br />State of California, acting by and through the Department of Transportation <br />("CalTrans"), a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Re~o-522 <br />F~Shared/Redwood/Council <br />FXS:djk <br />10~6/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
