<br />SWC:sh 4/24/87 (#19)MAY 5 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />10494 <br />N o. _.I <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES RELATING TO THE HOUSING <br />REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires the services of a <br /> <br />professional consultant to assist in administering the City's <br /> <br />Housing Rehabilitation program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Connerly & Associates, Inc. has informed the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City that it is experienced in providing such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires that Connerly & Associates, <br /> <br />Inc. provide such services to the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Housing <br /> <br />Rehabilitation Program Assistance" (form dated 4/24/87), a copy <br /> <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved; and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />execute the agreement approved herein for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10494 <br />
