<br />SWC: sh <br />SWC: s1. <br /> <br />4/23/87 <br />4/27/87R <br /> <br />(#19) <br />(#19) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.10492 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />APH ~ 7 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING PROJECTS COORDINATOR RELATING TO <br />THE CIVIC CENTER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires certain project <br /> <br />coordination and inspection services relating to Civic Center <br /> <br />improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to retain the services of <br /> <br />Thomas K. Jona for the duration of the Civic Center Improvement <br /> <br />Project, and to enter into an agreement with Mr. Jona for said <br /> <br />services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Salaried <br /> <br />Contract Appointment - Civic Center Improvements" (form dated <br /> <br />4/27/87R) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and Thomas K. Jona <br /> <br />providing for the furnishing of project coordination and <br /> <br />inspection <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />respect <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Civic <br /> <br />Center <br /> <br />improvements, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10492 <br />
