<br />SWC:djk 3/13/87 (#19) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10466 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 2 3 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR REPAIRS TO <br />HERKNER POOL; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for repairs to Herkner Pool in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled II Special Provisions <br /> <br />for Herkner Pool Repairs - Redwood City, Californiall, prepared by <br /> <br />the Department of General Services and on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
