<br />( <br /> <br />f'\BS:djk 3/13/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10458 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 1 6 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROPERTY <br />RIGHTS ACQUISITION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />(SEAPORT BOULEVARD LANDSCAPING PROJECT - <br />SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, a property right acquisition <br /> <br />agreement, in form approved by the City Attorney, by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> <br />California and the Southern Pacific Railroad Company or an <br /> <br />affiliate thereof, providing for the use and occupancy of lands <br /> <br />of said company adjacent to and westerly of Seaport Boulevard in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, for the installation, construction, <br /> <br />maintenance, <br /> <br />replacement <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />repair <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />landscaping <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />appurtenances; provided, that the consideration payable to said <br /> <br />company shall not exceed the sum of $200 per month during such <br /> <br />tenancy. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />70458 <br />
