10/5/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13470 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PARAMEDIC TRAINING FIELD <br /> INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE <br /> <br /> (SAMARITAN TRANING CENTER, INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Samaritan Training Center - Agreement <br />for Paramedic Training Field Internship Experience," by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and Samaritan <br />Training Center, Inc. ("Samaritan"), pursuant to which Samaritan will conduct a <br />paramedic training program in accordance with S.B. 125 and State regulations <br />pertinent to paramedic training, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-517 <br />F\Shared/Redwood/Council <br />FXS:djk <br />09/30/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
