DAS:sh ~/26/87 (#19) .oRIGINAL' MAR 2- RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ABATEMENT EXPENSE STATEMENT AND ORDERING COLLECTION ON TAX ROLL PERTAINING TO ABATEMENT OF DILAPIDATED STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 2313 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD RES 0 L UTI 0 N !i o. 10440 1987 WHEREAS, proceedings have been conducted for the abatement of a dilapidated structure, commonly known as 2313 Middlefield Road Redwood City, California, pursuant to Resolution No. 10166, adopted March 24, 1986; and WHEREAS, said abatement has been completed in accordance with the provisions of Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, in accordance with said Article II the Chief Building Official has submitted his statement of abatement expenses to this Council and a hearing has been held thereon after due notice, as evidenced by Exhibits "A" and "B"; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. In accordance with the provisions of Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, this Council hereby confirms the statement of abatement expenses in the amount of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-two and 50/100 Dollars ($3,972.50) incurred in connection with the abatement of a dilapidated structure located at 2313 Middlefield Road (APN-053-365-130) and hereby orders that said amount shall constitute a lien on said real property and shall be collected on the next succeeding tax roll in accordance with Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. .f 40
