<br />pr<IC : d j k 1 / 2 3 / 8 7 <br /> <br />(#18) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 41 3 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 2 6 1007 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING PROJECTS COORDINATOR RELATING TO <br />THE CIVIC CENTER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires certain project <br /> <br />coordination and inspection services relating to Civic Center <br /> <br />improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to retain the services of Dale <br /> <br />Michael Chadwick for the duration of the Civic Center Improvement <br /> <br />Project, and to enter into an agreement with Mr. Chadwick for <br /> <br />said services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Salaried <br /> <br />Contract Appointment - Civic Center Improvements" (form dated <br /> <br />1/23/87) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and Dale Michael Chadwick <br /> <br />providing for the furnishing of project coordination and <br /> <br />inspection <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />respect <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Civic <br /> <br />Center <br /> <br />improvements, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 0 ,'~-~ <br />
