0 R I G I N A L 9/28/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13466 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE 1998-1999 WATER <br /> QUALITY MONITORING PROGRAM; AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND <br /> DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13398, adopted August 18, 1998, <br />the City Clerk advertised for bids for the 1998-1999 Water Quality Monitoring <br />Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, two bids were received for <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Scientific Environmental Lab., Inc. of Palo Alto, California is <br />the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />award said bid to Scientific Environmental Lab., Inc.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
