<br />P~C:djk 1/16/87 (#18) <br /> <br />O p ~ r; H',l(\l <br />. ! \ I \.1 . j G, '- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.l0407 <br /> <br />JAN 20 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "ANNEXATION <br />OF THE LANDS OF BEESON TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY" <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County <br /> <br />of San Mateo adopted its Resolution No. 754 on December 17, 1986, <br /> <br />making determinations and approving the proposed annexation to <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City of territory described in Exhibit "A", <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission approved said <br /> <br />annexation without terms and conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the purpose for this annexation is to gain sewer <br /> <br />service for the existing home and for potential additional lots <br /> <br />as may be permitted by the City's subdivision process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the regular County assessment roll is utilized by <br /> <br />this City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the affected territory will not be taxed for <br /> <br />existing general bonded indebtedness of this City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Local <br /> <br />Agency <br /> <br />Formation <br /> <br />Commission <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />authorized this Council to approve this annexation without notice <br /> <br />and hearing and without an election; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />This Council hereby orders the territory described in <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" annexed, and hereby directs the City Clerk to <br /> <br />transmit a certified copy of this resolution with applicable fees <br /> <br />10407 <br />
