<br />P~S:djk 12/19/86 <br /> <br />(#18) <br /> <br />DEe 2 3 1986 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N 0.1 0391 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF RIGHT <br />OF ENTRY AGREEMENT <br /> <br />(SEAPORT BOULEVARD BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, or an <br /> <br />affiliated company, is the owner of record of property adjacent <br /> <br />to Seaport Boulevard in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this City's reconstruction and <br /> <br />beautification project of Seaport Boulevard it is necessary to <br /> <br />enter upon said company property to construct and install <br /> <br />landscaping and related improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a right of <br /> <br />entry agreement form to accommodate the above-described purpose; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Contractor's Right of <br /> <br />Entry", proposed for execution between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />for and on behalf of <br /> <br />its contractor and/or agents or <br /> <br />representatives, and the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, a <br /> <br />corporation, and/or an affiliate thereof, (designated form C. S. <br /> <br />7345), a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved substantially in the form <br /> <br />thereof, subject to such modification as to form as the City <br /> <br />Attorney may approve, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> <br />1 n ') 9...., "1! <br />_". \ 1 ,~). .L <br />
