<br />DAS:sh 11/24/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 3 8 3 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />DEe 0 8 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS RELATING TO 3737 <br />LAUREL WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Benjamin K. Hatfield is the owner of real property <br /> <br />in this City and has requested approval of a building permit for <br /> <br />that certain real property which is commonly known as 3737 Laurel <br /> <br />Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, property owners are required by City in order to <br /> <br />obtain a building permit to provide certain necessary public <br /> <br />improvements in connection wi th the development of <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />properties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />pursuant to which Benjamin K. Hatfield will construct and install <br /> <br />public improvements in accordance with the terms of that <br /> <br />agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Benjamin K. Hatfield entitled, "Agreement - 3737 Laurel <br /> <br />Way Public Improvements," attached hereto, is hereby approved and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10383 <br />
