<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />January 8. 2007 <br />MO. 07-013 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: January 9, 2007 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Engineering Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Initiate the Community Shuttle Service Pilot Program <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 8C ~O~ <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on January 8,2007. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust and <br />Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes. <br /> <br />M/S Foust/Aguirre to approve the Community Shuttle Service Pilot Program, to <br />include the commuter route and schedule as proposed and to direct staff to <br />collaborate with Alliance in working out the details for the method of financial <br />management to be utilized for the shuttle program. The recommended method <br />by the Shuttle Stakeholder Group is Alliance Operated - Alliance Managed. <br />to provide direction to C/CAG Member/Council Member Howard prior to vote on <br />the reauthorization of the Congestion Relief Program at the February C/CAG <br />Board meeting; including Option One and the Four-Year term. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />.~ ..'
