O. 1Jl3..5 8 <br /> <br />OCT 1 3 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND CH2M <br />HILL, INC. RELATING TO CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR SEQUOIA <br />RESERVOIR REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant for <br /> <br />the Sequoia Reservoir rehabilitation project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage CH2M <br /> <br />Hill, Inc. of Emeryville, California to perform such services; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for CH2M Hill, Inc. to provide the abovementioned <br /> <br />services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and CH2M Hill, Inc. entitled "Agreement Consulting Services <br /> <br />for Sequoia Reservoir Rehabilitation Project" , <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />10/09/86) attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10358 <br />
