<br />SWC:sh 10/01/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />!i Q. 1 035 6 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br />OCT 6 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH CENTER FOR INDEPENDENCE OF THE DISABLED, <br />INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Center for Independence of the Disabled, Inc. <br /> <br />("CID") which is presently engaged in operation of programs to <br /> <br />assist the disabled, desires to conduct a program to provide <br /> <br />housing accessibility modifications to selected residents in the <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CID has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> <br />conduct such a program for residents of the City during the <br /> <br />fiscal year commencing July 1, 1986 to June 30, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires that CID conduct such program, <br /> <br />and is willing to render such financial assistance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />10/1/86), a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute the agreement approved herein for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10356 <br />
