<br />DAS:sh 10/03/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10352 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />OCT 6 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR STORM DRAINAGE <br />AND BRIDGE REPAIRS; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF <br />DEPOSITS <br /> <br />STRUCTURE <br />AGREEMENT <br />SECURITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10329, adopted September <br /> <br />8, 1986, the City Clerk called for bids for storm drainage <br /> <br />structure and bridge repair in order to repair certain drainage <br /> <br />and bridge structures within the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received for the <br /> <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Cement Gun Construction Co., Richmond, California, <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and <br /> <br />desire of this Council to award said bid to Cement Gun <br /> <br />Construction Co.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Cement Gun Construction Co. in the estimated <br /> <br />sum of One Hundred-twelve Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one and <br /> <br />No/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($112,691.00) , <br /> <br />computed in accordance with <br /> <br />bidder's proposal dated September 30, 1986, for storm drainage <br /> <br />structure and bridge repairs, is hereby found and declared to be <br /> <br />the lowest bidder for said work. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement Storm Drainage Structure <br /> <br />and Bridge Repairs," by and between the City of Redwood City and <br />
