9/21/98 <br /> ORIGINAL ~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13456 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR MARLIN AND STAFFORD <br /> PARKS RESTROOM FACILITIES; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN <br /> OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13396, adopted August 17, 1998, <br />the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Marlin and Stafford Parks Restroom <br />Facilities in the City of Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, five bids were received for <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> WHEREAS, Zolman Construction & Development, Inc. of San Carlos, <br /> California is the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of <br />this Council to award said bid to Zolman Construction & Development, Inc.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
