<br />DAS:sh 9/04/86 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />l034=, <br /> <br />SEP Z i(, 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF THE SECOND PHASE OF A <br />TRANSPORTATION PLANNING STUDY FOR REDWOOD SHORES /101 <br />CORRIDOR <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires preparation of <br /> <br />second phase of transportation planning study for Redwood <br /> <br />Shores/10l Corridor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Crain & Associates, Inc., represents that it is <br /> <br />qualified to furnish such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />Crain & Associates, Inc., and this Council desires to approve and <br /> <br />authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - for Preparation <br /> <br />of the Second Phase of a Transportation Planning Study" (form <br /> <br />dated 9/04/86) by and between the City of Redwood City, and Crain <br /> <br />& Associates, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10345 <br />
