<br />DAS:sh <br /> <br />9/18/86 <br /> <br />SEP 2 2 1986 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10344 <br /> <br />UliiG1NAL. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND WILSEY & <br />HAM RELATING TO 1986 LEVEE STUDY AND REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant for <br /> <br />a 1986 levee study and report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Wilsey & <br /> <br />Ham of Foster City, California to perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Wilsey & Ham to provide the abovementioned <br /> <br />services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Wilsey & Ham entitled "Agreement 1986 Levee Study and <br /> <br />Report", <br /> <br />(form dated 9/18/86) attached hereto, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, <br /> <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />, 'U..': '.'"
