SWC:sh 9/11/86 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 10337 ORIGINAL SEP 1 6 1986 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING PLAN CHECKING SERVICES - BOARDWALK UNIT NO. 2 SUBDIVISION PROJECT WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert consulting engineering plan checking services for the Boardwalk Unit No. 2 Subdivision Project; and WHEREAS, Barrett Consulting Group, Inc. , Consulting Engineers, represents that it is qualified to furnish such expert plan checking services; and WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by Barrett Consulting Group, Inc., and this Council desires to approve and authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain agreement entitled "Engineering Plan Checking Services - Boardwalk Unit No. 2 Subdivision Project" (form dated 9/11/86) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and Barrett Consulting Group, Inc., providing for the furnishing of expert engineering plan checking services with respect to the Boardwalk Unit No. 2 Subdivision Project, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * * 10337
