SWC:sh SWC:sh 9/04/86 9/08/86R RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 10326 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10064 ESTABLISHING SALARIES, MEDICAL, RETIREMENT, DENTAL AND OTHER ECONOMIC BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN DESIGNATED EMPLOYEES OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO IMPLEMENT THE METHOD OF DETERMINING ANNUAL SALARY INCREASES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Paragraph 2 of Resolution No. 10064 adopted November 4, 1985, is hereby amended to read as follows: .. 2. Effective with the first pay period on or after September 1, 1986, the salary of the personnel classifications listed in paragraph 1 of this resolution shall be increased to an amount not less than five percent (5%), nor greater than eight percent (8%) of the 1985 salary rate for each personnel classification, in accordance with the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Redwood City and the Police Officers Association in effect during the period September 1, 1985 to August 31, 1988." 2. Paragraph 3 of the aforementioned Resolution No. 10064 is hereby amended to read as follows: "3.
