<br />SWC:sh <br />SWC:sh <br /> <br />9/04/86 <br />9/08/86R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10326 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10064 ESTABLISHING <br />SALARIES, MEDICAL, RETIREMENT, DENTAL AND OTHER <br />ECONOMIC BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN DESIGNATED EMPLOYEES OF <br />THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO IMPLEMENT THE METHOD OF <br />DETERMINING ANNUAL SALARY INCREASES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Paragraph 2 of Resolution No. 10064 adopted November 4, <br /> <br />1985, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />.. 2. Effective with the first pay period on or after <br /> <br />September <br /> <br />1, <br /> <br />1986, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />salary <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />personnel <br /> <br />classifications listed in paragraph 1 of this resolution <br /> <br />shall be increased to an amount not less than five percent <br /> <br />(5%), nor greater than eight percent (8%) of the 1985 salary <br /> <br />rate for each personnel classification, in accordance with <br /> <br />the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and the Police Officers Association in <br /> <br />effect during the period September 1, 1985 to August 31, <br /> <br />1988." <br /> <br />2. Paragraph 3 of the aforementioned Resolution No. 10064 <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"3. Effective with the first pay period on or after <br /> <br />September <br /> <br />1 , <br /> <br />1987, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />salary <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />personnel <br /> <br />classifications listed in paragraph 1 of this resolution <br /> <br />shall be increased to an amount not less than five percent <br /> <br />(5%), nor greater than eight percent (8%) of the 1986 salary <br /> <br />rate for each personnel classification, in accordance with <br /> <br />the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding between the <br /> <br />10326 <br />
