<br />8/29/86 <br />9/08/86R <br />ORIGINAL <br />Sfp <br />8 7986 <br /> <br />SWC:sh <br />SWC:sh <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10320 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES - RED <br />MORTON COMMUNITY PARK PARKING FACILITIES PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires landscape <br /> <br />architectural and engineering services for the Red Morton <br /> <br />Community Park Parking Facilities Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Singer & Hodges, Inc., Landscape Architects, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified to furnish such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />Singer & Hodges, Inc., and this Council desires to approve and <br /> <br />authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Landscape <br /> <br />Archi tectural and Engineering Services - Red Morton Community <br /> <br />Park Parking Facilities Project" (form dated 9/08/86R) by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City, and Singer & Hodges, Inc., a <br /> <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10320 <br />
