<br />DAS:djk 8/15/86 <br /> <br />ORIGfNAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 :3 0 9 <br /> <br />AUG 1 8 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT RELATING TO USE FOR <br />BRIDGE PURPOSES OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company <br /> <br />("Permittee") has requested that the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />("City") grant a revocable encroachment permit for bridge <br /> <br />purposes on certain City owned real property (vicinity of Marsh <br /> <br />Road and Hoover Street), shown on "Exhibit A" in connection with <br /> <br />a construction of a bridge to be utilized for traffic access <br /> <br />purposes for a commercial development of Permittee in the <br /> <br />immediate vicinity; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />grant a revocable encroachment permit permitting such use, <br /> <br />subject to certain designated terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> <br />revocable encroachment permit to Permittee for the construction <br /> <br />and utilization of a bridge on that certain City-owned real <br /> <br />property, more particularly shown in "Exhibit A" of that certain <br /> <br />revocable encroachment permit attached hereto and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein, which permit shall not be <br /> <br />effective until such time as Permittee executes an acceptance of <br /> <br />its terms and conditions. <br /> <br />10309 <br />
