<br />ORIGINAL <br />(7-1-86) <br />AUG 4 1986 <br /> <br />B_~_~_Q_~_~_I_!_Q_H__H_Q~ <br /> <br />10293 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH VOLUNTEER CENTER OF SAN MATEO COUNTY (R.S.V.P.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Volunteer Center of San Mateo County (R.S.V.P.) has been <br /> <br />established for the principal purpose of providing volunteer placement <br /> <br />services for senior citizens in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Volunteer Center of San Mateo County, (R.S.V.P.) has <br /> <br />requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its <br /> <br />activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1986 and endIng <br /> <br />June 30, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> <br />desIres to pay to Volunteer Center of San Mateo County (R.S.V.P.) the <br /> <br />sum of THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/I00 DOLLARS ($3,850.00) <br /> <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood and Volunteer Center of San <br /> <br />Mateo County (R.S.V.P.), and it is the Intention and desire of thIs <br /> <br />Council to approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />0293 <br />-.....- <br />
