(SENIOR CENTER) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Target Education and Welfare Council, Inc. has been <br /> <br />established for the principal purpose of providing a multipurpose <br /> <br />Senior Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Target Education and Welfare Council, Inc. has <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its <br /> <br />activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1986 and ending <br /> <br />June 30, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests <br /> <br />and desires to pay Target Education and Welfare Council, Inc. the sum <br /> <br />of THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-NINE DOLLARS ($37,899.00); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval <br /> <br />and agreement between the City of Redwood City and Target Education <br /> <br />and Welfare Council, Inc. and it is the intention and desire of this <br /> <br />Council to approve the same: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS; <br /> <br />:0292 <br />
