<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 1 0291 <br />------------------------- <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 4 1986 <br /> <br />, I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH SERVICE LEAGUE OF SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Service League of San Mateo County h~s been established <br /> <br />for the principal purpose of providing short term assistance to persons <br /> <br />recently released from correctional systems and their families in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Service League of San Mateo County has requested <br /> <br />financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during <br /> <br />the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1986 and ending June 30, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> <br />desires to pay to Service League of San Mateo County the sum of <br /> <br />FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/I00 DOLLARS ($5,000.00); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood and Service League of San Mateo <br /> <br />County, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve <br /> <br />the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />'~0291 <br />
