<br />ORIGI NAL <br /> <br />AUG 4 1986 <br />(7-1-86) <br /> <br />B_~_~_Q_tt_~.LI_I_Q_H__H_Q,!. 1 0 2 8 1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH CENTER FOR INDEPENDENCE OF THE DISABLED, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Center for the Disabled, Inc., has been established for <br /> <br />the principal purpose of providing support services for the disabled <br /> <br />geared to assist in their independence; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Center for Independence of the Disabled, Inc., has <br /> <br />requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its <br /> <br />activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1986 and ending <br /> <br />,.. <br /> <br />June 30, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> <br />desires to pay to Center for Independence of the Disabled, Inc., the <br /> <br />sum of SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE AND NO/I00 DOLLARS <br /> <br />($7,985.00); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood and Center for Independence of <br />the Disabled, Inc., and it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />10281 <br />
