<br />SWC:sh 7/31/86 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AUG 4 1986 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR ENGINEERING LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING - <br />HOOVER SCHOOL PARK LIGHTING PROJECT <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />--1-0-2-7 5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires landscape <br /> <br />architectural and engineering services for the Hoover School Park <br /> <br />Lighting Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Singer & Hodges, Inc., Consulting Engineers, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified to furnish such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />Barrett, Harris & Associates, Inc., and this Council desires to <br /> <br />approve and authorize its execution for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled II Agreement <br /> <br />Landscape <br /> <br />Architectural and Engineering Services <br /> <br />Hoover School Park <br /> <br />Lighting Project" (form dated 7/31/86) by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, and Singer & Hodges, Inc., a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10275 <br />
