<br />DAS:sh <br />DAS: sh <br /> <br />7/18/86 <br />7/18/86R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10256 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 2 1 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR REDWOOD CITY LIBRARY SITE PREPARATION WORK; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents and specifications for Redwood City library site <br /> <br />preparation work to be performed at 1044 Middlefield Road ("Old <br /> <br />Fire Station" site) in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those bid documents and specifications prepared in the <br /> <br />office of the City Manager, and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, entitled "Bidding Requirements Contract Conditions and <br /> <br />Specifications" for Redwood City library site preparation work, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br />2.
