<br />DAS:sh 7/17/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10253 <br /> <br />OWGINAL <br />JUL 2 1 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR SIDEWALK REPAIR AND <br />TREE PROGRAM 1985-86; DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY <br />DEPOSITS; AND DIRECTING STAFF TO REVISE AND READVERTISE <br />THE BIDS FOR SAID PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10235, adopted June 16, <br /> <br />1986, the City Clerk called for bids for sidewalk repair and tree <br /> <br />program 1985-86; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, a bid was received and filed <br /> <br />with the City Clerk for the furnishing of said program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Any and all bids requested pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> <br />10235, adopted June 16, 1986, are rejected. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders all security guaranteeing <br /> <br />execution of the contract upon award. <br /> <br />3.
